Our pricing is fair and competitive. Our average wedding costs $900. You will find most companies charge between $1500 – $2000 for a wedding and we don’t think that is fair to the customer. Call for a quote today!
It takes approximately about 60-90 minutes to set up. We typically arrive about 2 hours before the event is scheduled to begin. We are usually playing music before your guests even arrive.
We charge only the time that we are playing. Set up and take down is on our dime, not yours.
It is a funny industry. We can have no bookings one month and be sold out the next, so don’t wait too long. April, May, and September are very busy months. We book certain times of years months and even years in advance. Call or email early. Even if your event is next week, the date could be open and we would be happy to participate.
Yes, we work for you. Whatever you or your guests want to hear, we will play it. We try to keep unreasonable or inappropriate requests out.
We always encourage people to have a backup plan for outdoor events. We have a Pop-Up tent if the weather is just going to be mildly rainy – but this will not work in big storms. If you have to cancel our services due to weather, you will only lose the deposit (which can be put towards a future event – if available)
Your price includes lighting, travel, setup fees and music to cover all ages. There are no hidden charges (unless you count tips 🙂 )

Our disc jockeys will get as involved as you want them to be. Unless you specify otherwise, they will co-ordinate everything from the cake cutting to the dinner prayer to the wedding party speeches to just about anything you need to have done.
As long as we have a few days advance notice, we can acquire any music you require – however, in the rare case where we cannot find the song, you are definitely welcome to bring it. We can also play any songs you have on an Ipod or other portable music device.
The deposit amount is usually $50 which is due to guarantee your reservation. We cannot honor a verbal commitment. Due to the nature of our business, the deposit is non refundable under any circumstance. However, at Anthem Entertainment, we will allow you to retain a credit with our company if the event is cancelled 90 days prior to the event. If cancelled after 90 days, the deposit is forfeited with no credit.
We do this for the love of music and entertaining. Although we like to be compensated for our time, we feel that most DJ companies are completely unreasonable in the amount that they charge – $2000 for a DJ is highway robbery! We believe you can get the same quality from our company and save you a few dollars along the way.
Of course – a wedding itinerary form is sent out with your intro package which you can personalize in as much detail as you would like; exactly what songs and music you would like to hear through the night and we take guest’s requests.
We will travel anywhere in Massachusetts or Rhode Island for no charge. Anywhere else in New England, we are happy to go – but may charge an extra travel fee.
